What did FDR know and when did he know it? A new book called Day of Deceit, by Robert Stinnett, shows just how much information President Franklin Delano Roosevelt had, and how he let the attack happen because Americans refused to support action against Hitler in WWII. It wasn't until the USA was itself attacked that public support enabled the government to send troops to Europe. But Stinnett isn't the only author to have reached this conclusion.
